These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) is made between you and Inclusive Abundance Initiative (“IAI”), under which you as an individual user may use www.inclusiveabundance.org (the “Website”). By using the Website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of use set forth below in this Agreement:

Use of the Website

The Website allows users to view information, text, data, photographs, audio, video, images, graphics, logos, symbols, documents, and other content, using the Website tools and services. In addition, users can sign up for our email list and communications.

Copyright; Your Use of Content

The Website is protected by copyright as a collective work and/or compilation, under U.S. copyright laws, international conventions, and other copyright laws. You may not use any of IAI’s logos, trademarks or other proprietary graphics as part of the link without express written permission, or in any manner that causes confusion. You will not engage with the Website or any Content in a way that that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, obscene, violent, threatening, harassing, or abusive.

In some cases, personal or professional contact information, such as email addresses, of Content creators may be included on papers or publications featured on this Website or in IAI’s newsletter or other publications. You will refrain from using this contact information in a way that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, or offensive, or that would constitute or encourage conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate law. The presence of email addresses on the Website is not an invitation for unsolicited commercial email.

IAI’s use of personal information collected from and about you in connection with your use of the Website, including when you provide your email address to sing up for our newsletter, is governed by a Privacy Policy, available here: https://www.inclusiveabundance.org/privacy-policy. IAI may monitor your use of the Website and may freely use and disclose any information and materials received from you or collected through your use of the Website for any lawful reason or purpose.

No Confidentiality

You acknowledge that transmissions to and from the Website are not confidential and your communications may be read or intercepted by others. You acknowledge that by submitting communications to the Website, no confidential, fiduciary, contractually implied, or other relationship is created between you and IAI other than in accordance with this Agreement.

Term and Termination

This Agreement applies to your interactions with the Website at all times. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Website.

IAI is not liable for your use of the Website or any Content contained therein (including without limitation the content and any errors contained therein). You will cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any claim. IAI reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you and you may not in any event settle any matter without the written consent of IAI.

The Website, including all content, software, functions, materials, and information made available on or accessed through the Website, is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permissible by law, IAI and affiliates make no representation or warranties of any kind whatsoever for the content on the Website or the materials, information, and functions made accessible by the software used on or accessed through the Website, for any products or services or hypertext links to third parties, or for any breach of security associated with the transmission of sensitive information through the Website or any linked site. Further, IAI and its affiliates disclaim any express or implied warranties, including without limitation noninfringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Administrative Provisions

Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between IAI and you with respect to your use of the Website. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of this Agreement, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision must be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of this Agreement and the remainder of this Agreement continues in full force and effect.

Choice of Law; Jurisdiction. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to its conflicts-of-laws provisions. Sole and exclusive jurisdiction for any action or proceeding arising out of or related to this agreement is in an appropriate state or federal court located in [State of Delaware].
